An all-day Vietnamese bistro

Inspired by the many local bars and colonial restaurants that dot Vietnam, Nho Saigon explores both 'bia hoi' classics and niche sub-cuisines that formed after the French Invasion of Vietnam.

The cuisine is typically low-oil, low-fat, and full of bright, bustling flavours—you'll probably wonder where was it all your life!

Nho Saigon is proudly Mumbai's first Vietnamese restaurant and Asia's first mead taproom.
